Poznan Croissant Museum is a place created to cultivate Poznan's tradition and culture. It's placed in the very centre of our beautiful city and has a wonderful view of the Town Hall and our peculiar fighting goats.
The most attractive are Poznan Croissant shows. Saint Martin Croissants have 150 years of tradition. They are in the Protected Geaographical Indication record which means the croissants can be produced only on the territory of Wielkopolska region and according to very specific recipe.
The shows include baking of St. Martin Croissants with the use of traditional utensils, discovering recipe and ingredients used in the preparation of St. Martin Croissants, listening to legends about their origins and more. There's also an opportunity to see our famous billy goats from a perfect spot. They show themselves to the public only once a day exactly at noon in the tower of the Town Hall. Because of the museum's amazing location it's possible to watch them from its windows despite the bad weather or crowd in Old Market Square.
